Find out your electricity consumption in detail by period

Once you have logged into the private area, you can make your enquiry online from the My consumption section.

 

From this service, you can view and download your electricity consumption data. If you have self-consumption, you will also be able to see the energy you have generated and the energy you have fed into the grid.

 

There are three ways to view your data:

 

  1. By date: choose a specific day, week or month.
  2. By billing period: access invoices from the last 12 months.
  3. From ‘Advanced query’: select a range of up to 60 days within the last 10 years.

In addition, from this service you can download the load curves for the supply points you select. The file will include all available energy measurements and will be downloaded in compressed format (.zip).

FAQs
  • Why can't I see my load curves if I have a smart meter installed?

    • The absence of a load curve can have various causes:

       

      •  I am not the contract holder for the requested period.
      • The supply is not integrated. In these cases, the reason why integration has not been achieved must be analysed.
      • The integration of the supply is after the requested period.
      •  ‘Noise’ in the network (a high-consumption business, a telephone or TV antenna, the presence of LED lighting, swimming pool or lift motors, etc.) which is resolved within a few days.
      • A period of more than 60 days has been requested: Currently, the website publishes load curves for periods not exceeding 60 days, in which case they must be requested using the ‘Advanced’ option.
      • Period longer than two years: The load curve service on the website shows, both in specific and bulk queries, periods with a maximum age of 2 years.

      Upon request to reclamaciones_medida@enel.com, we can provide you with the files in CSV format, but not the graphs. The files will be sent to the email address registered on the website.

  • Why might daily load curves appear incomplete?

    • The available curves are published daily on the website, whether or not they are complete. If a better curve can be obtained in subsequent days, it is published, replacing the previous one, provided that the cycle has not been invoiced.

  • Why can't I see the maximum power demand data?

    • The maximum power demand is published on the website provided that this value is captured from the meter at the end of the month. Otherwise, it appears blank. The reasons for this may be:

       The meter has been deprogrammed. In this case, after verification, the equipment is reprogrammed.

       There is a communication problem with the equipment due to ‘noise’ on the network.

  • Why can't I see the data on energy fed into the grid when I have a self-consumption contract?

    • Publication will begin once the self-consumption activation process has been completed.

       

      If the supplier has not activated the self-consumption supplement in the contract, you must contact them to have it activated.

  • Why can't I see my self-consumed energy data?

    • Self-consumed energy is only published in cases where a supply has contracted energy surpluses in accordance with Royal Decree 244/2019 and has an additional generation meter installed to measure the energy produced.

       

      In other cases, i.e. with a single meter that records both the energy consumed and the energy supplied, only the curves corresponding to these are published, which are correctly published in your private area.

  • Why, if I am a supply representative, do I not have access to the CUPS?

    • Because the corresponding authorisation has not been processed on the website, under the contract holder's name, and therefore the authorisation is not valid for the requested period.

  • I am not satisfied with the curves invoiced.

    • The curve visible on the website will always correspond to the last invoice issued for the period consulted.
