In addition, and in compliance with section d) of Art. 12.2 of Law 24/2013, of 26 September, of the Electricity Sector, e-distribución has established a code of conduct based on a series of measures associated with independent operation and the protection of the interests of our professionals, as well as on their remuneration or the information they handle.
Also, we have the commercial code of conduct, which allows us to apply the obligations of the aforementioned article 12 of the Electricity Sector Law and disseminate them to companies that provide e-distribución services.
