e-distribución APIs

e-distribución has developed a new approach towards the agents of the electricity sector around the "Platform Company" model. Continuing with the digital transformation process, we make available our functionalities and information flows in the form of "e-API" (API e-distribution), to enable new projects and opportunities.

The APIs ("Application Programming Interface") are fast and intuitive interfaces that allow to share in a predefined way information and services between the corporate systems of e-distribución and the applications of the agents interested in its use, allowing the access in real time. Each e-API is not only a software component, but also a new way of providing value-added information to favour new collaboration models.

Available APIs

API for Troubleshooting and Scheduled Cuts

Available only for traders, this API facilitates access to information regarding breakdowns and scheduled cuts of the CUPs in our distribution areas.

Through this API, it will be able to consult the status of their clients' CUPS and, as a result of the API call, it will be possible to identify if a certain CUPS is affected by an unforeseen interruption (failure), or an interruption by programmed works (of improvement or maintenance of facilities), including the time of beginning of the affectation and the hour foreseen of resolution.

The retailers interested in using this API can request access to the service in our new portal of the e-distribuion e-API ecosystem, which can be accessed at the following link https://e-api.edistribucion.com. In the "Help" section of the portal, you will find a guide to facilitate the application process for an e-API.

API for Requests for Connection to the e-distribución network

This API service is designed to facilitate the management of requests to connect installations to the e-distribución network.

Through this API, connection requests can be made as registration and modifications of installations.

Agents interested in using this API can request access to the service on our new e-distribution e-API ecosystem portal, which can be accessed at the following link https://e-api.edistribucion.com. In the "Help" section of the portal, you will find a guide that will facilitate the application process for an e-API.

API for tracking Connection Requests to the e-distribución network

This API service is designed to facilitate the tracking of requests to connect installations to the e-distribución network.

Through this API it is possible to track the e-distribución connection requests for which the agent is the applicant and/or representative.
