    If for your supply point, you have signed the network access contract directly with us, independently of your supply contract that you will have formalized with your supplier, this point will be contracted as third-party network direct access and you will be able to manage it through the private area of our website.

    This way, you will be able to request modifications, both technical and administrative, such as the cancellation and definitive suspension of your access contract.

    You will also be able to see the status of each of the previous requests that have been managed through the web.

    In this way, the e-mail box atrconsumidoresdirectos@enel.com will remain operative only to manage, at an initial moment, the direct formalization of the access contract, as well as for any queries or doubts that may arise about the third-party network direct access.
