    Transfer of new Network Extension facilities:

    Following the provisions of Royal Decree 1048/2013 of December 27, new installations executed directly by a third party, through an authorized installer, and intended to supply more than one consumer must be transferred to a distribution company and become integrated into the area's distribution network.

     

    Phases before managing a transfer:

    The facility transfer process begins with a request for access and connection, where the applicant orders the new network extension to an authorized installer.

    The steps to follow are summarized in the following chart:

    1. Access and connection request,
    2. Acceptance of the preliminary proposal,
    3. Access and connection permit, and
    4. Execution of the client's network extension project and assignment management.

    Once the preliminary access and connection proposal has been accepted, where the applicant chooses to execute the new network extension through an authorized installer, for subsequent transfer to the distribution company, the following management milestones must be met:

    1. Technical approval of the project,
    2. Review of pre-project documentation and completion of the project,
    3. Technical inspection of the project (supervision),
    4. The signing of the transfer agreement and processing of legalization and/or change of ownership of the facilities (if applicable), and
    5. Commissioning.
