In view of the health crisis caused by COVID-19, in e-distribución we established a global action plan aimed at guaranteeing the electricity supply and the continuity of activities in our geographical area of distribution.

• We ensure the necessary maintenance to guarantee the proper functioning of our infrastructures.
• We review those infrastructures that supply critical facilities such as hospitals.
• We reduce programmed supply interruptions to those that are indispensable, in order to transfer the least possible impact to our clients.
• We take technological and employee protection measures to ensure service in the Control Centres that operate the electricity network remotely.
• We implement contingency plans in our telephone services and reinforce our web channel to ensure proper attention.

We are aware that #QuédateEnCasa has been the most important part of the containment of the pandemic and we know that the electricity supply has been essential to meet this request made to society. In view of this new situation that we are facing, in e-distribución we will continue to do everything in our hands so that our customers can enjoy a quality electricity supply.
